True Inspiration

In his father's construction business, a young Scott was often found performing odd jobs and helping out wherever he could after school and on weekends. In high school, at the same time he was leading his football team to a division championship as quarterback he was working his way up the ranks in the family banquet/catering business--starting as a busboy and ultimately becoming maitre d' in charge of organizing and managing service for many major local events. Through all his successes, one family business has left the biggest impression on Scott--One that inspired him to make it his full time career nearly a decade ago.
